Job Summary:
Managing end-to-end HR operations in a startup environment, ensuring smooth execution of employee lifecycle processes, compliance, and employee support while working independently across multiple HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling the complete employee lifecycle - onboarding to exit formalities
- Managing payroll coordination, salary inputs, and resolving discrepancies
- Maintaining and updating employee records, attendance and leave management
- Acting as a first point of contact for employee queries and concerns
- Drafting HR documents including offer letters, salary slip and official communications
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews and recruitment processes
- Supporting management with HR reports, data and decision making inputs
- Managing HR operations tools like Excel/Coda or internal systems
- Ensuring smooth coordination between employees and leadership
