Job Description

Job Title: HR Executive

Experience: 1-3 Years

Joining: Immediately

Job Summary:

Managing end-to-end HR operations in a startup environment, ensuring smooth execution of employee lifecycle processes, compliance, and employee support while working independently across multiple HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling the complete employee lifecycle - onboarding to exit formalities

  • Managing payroll coordination, salary inputs, and resolving discrepancies

  • Maintaining and updating employee records, attendance and leave management

  • Acting as a first point of contact for employee queries and concerns

  • Drafting HR documents including offer letters, salary slip and official communications

  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews and recruitment processes

  • Supporting management with HR reports, data and decision making inputs

  • Managing HR operations tools like Excel/Coda or internal systems

  • Ensuring smooth coordination between employees and leadership

Key Skills:

  • Strong understanding of HR operations and compliance

  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently

  • Good communication and problem solving skills

  • Attention to detail in payroll and documentation

  • Adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment
