Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive with 23 years of experience to handle day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate will contribute to creating a positive workplace culture and support organizational growth through effective people management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Conduct reference checks and ensure smooth onboarding and induction processes.
2. Employee Engagement & Relations
- Assist in developing employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
- Address employee queries, grievances, and maintain positive workplace relations.
- Support initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
3. Performance Management
- Support in implementing the performance appraisal system and KPI tracking.
- Assist managers in setting goals and monitoring employee performance.
- Provide data and feedback for HR analytics and performance reports.
4. HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain employee records and HR databases (attendance, leaves, payroll support).
- Prepare HR reports and assist in policy documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory labor laws.
