Human Resources Executive

Location : Mumbai (Hybrid)

Work Experience : 2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment within the media, advertising or PR space.

Job Description : this role requires exceptional communication skills and a strong background in recruitment. the ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in headhunting, job postings, and networking. you will work in a fast-paced environment and will be managing multiple hiring positions simultaneously. in addition to recruitment, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by contributing to essential hr tasks, including but not limited to onboarding, employee engagement, and well-being initiatives. you will also be assisting in performance evaluations along with maintaining employee records and optimising the hr processes.
