Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct associate-level recruitment activities.
• Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, and Applicant Tracking Systems effectively.
• Coordinate with different departments to facilitate HR-related processes.
• Participate in HR projects, initiatives, and process improvements as assigned.
• Draft business emails and documents proficiently as required.
• Coordinate end-to-end activities with various vendors.
• Ensure sufficient and timely arrangement of assets.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and events.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and trends and make recommendations for process enhancements.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment within the people team and across the organization.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all levels of the organization.
• Solid understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Proficient in using G Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
