Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Bengaluru South. The Human Resources Executive will oversee HR operations, manage employee relations, develop and implement HR policies, and handle a variety of human resources management tasks. The role will involve closely working with teams and leadership to ensure compliance and create a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and a strong understanding of Human Resources fundamentals
• Experience in handling HR Operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and payroll
• Demonstrated ability to foster positive Employee Relations and resolve employee concerns proactively
• Knowledge of HR Policies and best practices in workplace compliance and governance
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to an inclusive workplace culture
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar HR role is a plus
