Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Business Transformation Consultant specializing in HR Transformation, you will bring industry-leading thought leadership to clients to devise and implement strategies that transform employee experiences from Hire to Retire. You will focus on optimizing Human Resource, Workforce Management, and Talent functions by creating a vision and roadmap aligned to the client's business strategy and transformation value case. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Develop Transformation Strategies: Create a vision and roadmap aligned to the client's business strategy and transformation value case, focusing on optimizing Human Resource, Workforce Management, and Talent functions.
  • Innovate with Clients: Collaborate with clients to streamline processes and upgrade and rationalize their HR and Talent Technologies to deliver high-quality services, reduce costs, and deliver business value.
  • Analyze Client Needs: Utilize design thinking and analytics, service and process modeling to analyze client needs and recommend solutions that align to the business strategy and drive business value.
  • Implement Solutions: Apply expertise to implement solutions that meet client needs and deliver business value.
  • Deliver High-Quality Services: Focus on delivering high-quality services that meet client expectations and drive business outcomes.

Preferred Education

Master's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

  • Exposure to HR Transformation: Experience working with HR functions, workforce management, and talent development to inform transformation strategies.
  • Understanding of Design Thinking: Familiarity with design thinking principles and analytics to analyze client needs and develop solutions.
  • Knowledge of HR Technologies: Exposure to HR and talent technologies, including upgrade and rationalization strategies to deliver high-quality services.
  • Experience with Process Modeling: Understanding of service and process modeling to analyze client needs and recommend solutions.
  • Implementation Expertise: Experience applying expertise to implement solutions that meet client needs and deliver business value.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

  • Design Thinking Principles: Familiarity with design thinking principles to analyze client needs and develop innovative solutions that drive business value.
  • HR Technology Upgrade: Exposure to upgrading and rationalizing HR and talent technologies to deliver high-quality services and reduce costs.
