Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, publish, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI for executive and operational decision-making.
Administer Power BI Service (workspaces, deployment pipelines/Apps) with proper refresh schedules, access controls, versioning, and RLS.
Develop high-quality data models (star/snowflake schemas) optimized for performance, maintainability, and reuse.
Write complex SQL queries (CTEs, window functions, stored procedures) for large datasets; tune queries for speed and reliability.
Create advanced DAX measures and Power Query transformations; enforce BI best practices in model design and performance optimization.
Document solutions, enforce BI governance, and ensure dashboards are scalable, accurate, and well-documented.
Engage stakeholders to define KPIs, translate business requirements into analytical specifications, and iterate to drive measurable outcomes.
Leverage AI-powered analytics tools (Microsoft Copilot, GPT, or similar) to automate data prep, generate insights, and enhance reporting efficiency.
Stay updated on AI/ML advancements and integrate relevant technologies into analytics workflows.
