Job Description

Role Overview:

We're looking for a people-first, execution-driven HR professional who can manage core HR operations while supporting hiring and employee experience.

If you can handle recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and HR processes end-to-end in a fast-paced D2C setup, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, coordination, and closure across roles
  • Handle employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a smooth and structured experience
  • Maintain HR operations and documentation including contracts, policies, and employee records
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve culture, retention, and satisfaction
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievance handling
  • Support performance management processes including reviews, feedback cycles, and tracking
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on hiring and people initiatives

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in HR (recruitment + operations preferred)
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end hiring and HR processes
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail with documentation & organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
