Role Overview:
We're looking for a people-first, execution-driven HR professional who can manage core HR operations while supporting hiring and employee experience.
If you can handle recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and HR processes end-to-end in a fast-paced D2C setup, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, coordination, and closure across roles
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a smooth and structured experience
- Maintain HR operations and documentation including contracts, policies, and employee records
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve culture, retention, and satisfaction
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievance handling
- Support performance management processes including reviews, feedback cycles, and tracking
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on hiring and people initiatives
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in HR (recruitment + operations preferred)
- Strong understanding of end-to-end hiring and HR processes
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail with documentation & organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
