HR Executive
Experience: 3-4 Years
About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our HR department in managing recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience handling end-to-end HR functions and will play a key role in fostering a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and support performance management processes.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Handle payroll coordination and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
- Assist in drafting HR policies and ensure their implementation.
- Support training and development initiatives.
- Address employee queries and assist in resolving workplace issues.
- Facilitate communication between management and employees.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in organizing HR events and meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in HR operations and recruitment.
- Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRMS, ATS).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
