HR Executive

Experience: 3-4 Years

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our HR department in managing recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience handling end-to-end HR functions and will play a key role in fostering a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and support performance management processes.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Handle payroll coordination and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
  • Assist in drafting HR policies and ensure their implementation.
  • Support training and development initiatives.
  • Address employee queries and assist in resolving workplace issues.
  • Facilitate communication between management and employees.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in organizing HR events and meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience in HR operations and recruitment.
  • Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRMS, ATS).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
