Human Resources Executive

The Fresh Factory is looking for an HR Executive who can take ownership of the fundamentals of HR. This is not a role limited to attendance and paperwork. You will be responsible for building strong HR systems, ensuring compliance, supporting recruitment, and keeping our people operations disciplined and organised.

What you'll own

• HR Compliance: Ensure statutory and labour-law compliances, documentation, registers, licences and required filings are maintained.
• Recruitment: Own hiring from manpower requirements and job postings to screening, interviews, coordination, offers and onboarding.
• Employee Lifecycle: Manage joining formalities, employee documentation, attendance, leave, transfers, confirmations and exits.
• HR Operations: Maintain accurate employee records, HR MIS, payroll inputs and personnel files.
• Policies & Processes: Help implement and continuously improve HR policies, SOPs and people processes.
• Employee Engagement: Support communication, grievance handling, employee welfare and engagement initiatives.
• Training & Development: Coordinate induction, training programs and ongoing people development.
• HR Audits: Ensure documentation and processes are always audit-ready.

What we're looking for

• 2–5 years of experience in HR, preferably in F&B, hospitality, retail, or another high-volume operational environment.
• Strong understanding of Indian labour and HR compliances.
• Hands-on recruitment experience across operational and corporate roles.
• Strong documentation and HRMS/MIS skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems rather than simply escalate them.
