We are looking for an experienced Non-IT Recruiter with strong exposure to BFSI hiring to join our growing talent acquisition team.
Location: Hyderabad
Work Mode: Work From Office
Joining: Immediate / Short notice preferred
Required Experience:
- Proven experience in Non-IT recruitment
- Strong hands-on exposure to BFSI roles (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance)
- Experience hiring for roles across Operations, Compliance, Risk, AML/KYC, Customer Support, Finance, etc.
- End-to-end recruitment experience: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and closures
- Strong stakeholder and candidate management skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end BFSI hiring for non-IT roles
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Ensure timely closures and maintain quality hiring standards
- Maintain recruitment reports and candidate pipelines
