Role Purpose :-
The Statutory Compliance Executive is responsible for ensuring end-to-end statutory compliance across all company locations in India related to employee benefits and labor regulations. The role involves managing EPFO, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, and statutory notices, ensuring timely payments, employee registrations, claims processing, and coordination with government authorities. The position also supports employee grievance resolution and compliance audits while maintaining accurate employee data across HR systems and statutory portals.
Work Experience 3 8 years experience in HR statutory compliance. Experience handling Pan India compliance in logistics / manufacturing / large workforce industries. Exposure to multi state statutory regulations
Financial Compliance
Ensure timely and accurate statutory payments across Pan India operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage monthly statutory payments including:
o EPFO contributions
o ESIC contributions
o Professional Tax (Employee deductions)
o Labour Welfare Fund
Ensure compliance with statutory deadlines to avoid penalties.
Monitor statutory payment schedules across multiple states.
Coordinate with Finance and Payroll teams for timely remittances.
Track and respond to government notices or compliance queries.
Maintain proper documentation for audits and inspections.
Compliance Support (Customer/Internal Stakeholders) Provide compliance support for government notices, audits, and statutory queries.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide data support for closure of statutory notices from departments such as:
o EPFO
o ESIC
o Labour Department
Prepare and submit required documentation and reports.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely response to compliance matters.
Maintain records for legal and statutory documentation.
Internal Process Management
Employee Registrations / Exits / Approvals EPFO Management
Registration of new employees by generating UAN numbers.
Updating employee confirmations and group transfers.
Exit formalities for separated employees on EPFO portal.
ESIC Management
Registration of employees by generating IP numbers.
Mapping UAN with IP numbers.
Updating employee exits in ESIC portal.
Mobile number updates and KYC verification. Compliance Drives and Data Accuracy
Conduct KYC and EPF E-Nomination drives across locations.
Ensure accurate documentation during employee onboarding.
Maintain statutory compliance data in HRMS (e.g., Darwinbox).
Implement best practices for employee data management.
Statutory Claims Processing
Handle employee statutory claims both online and offline.

PF Transfer claims Form 13R
PF Withdrawal claims Form 19
Pension withdrawal Form 10C
Monthly pension claims Form 10D
Employee Data Corrections
Processing Joint Declaration Forms for:
o Name corrections
o Date of birth corrections
o Other basic detail updates.
Client / Vendor Coordination
Support statutory compliance activities for client entities or group companies.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide statutory support to Allcargo Supply Chain operations.
Coordinate compliance activities with Allsec Technologies (Payroll/HR outsourcing partner).
Ensure alignment between HRMS, payroll, and statutory portals.
