Position: Executive/Senior Executive HR

Location: Bangalore

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Role Highlights:

- 80% focus on Recruitment (core responsibility)

- 20% involvement in HR Operations

- Handling end-to-end hiring for sales & corporate roles

Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory):

Minimum 1 year of experience in Real Estate Residential Sales hiring

(Profiles without real estate recruitment experience will not be considered)

What We're Looking For:

- Strong recruitment experience (bulk/lateral hiring)

- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work under pressure & meet hiring targets
