Job Description

Job Title: HR Generalist

Location: Indore (Onsite)

Experience: 6 Months

Employment Type: Full-Time | Onsite

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and energetic HR Generalist to join our growing team in Indore. The ideal candidate should have 1 year of hands-on HR experience and be eager to manage end-to-end HR operations in a dynamic startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, coordination, onboarding).
  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and databases.
  • Assist in payroll processing and statutory compliance activities.
  • Support in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal events.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and performance tracking.
  • Provide support in grievance handling and employee relations.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of HR operations and compliance basics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).
  • Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6 months of relevant HR experience preferred (internship experience can be considered).
