About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and energetic HR Generalist to join our growing team in Indore. The ideal candidate should have 1 year of hands-on HR experience and be eager to manage end-to-end HR operations in a dynamic startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, coordination, onboarding).
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and databases.
- Assist in payroll processing and statutory compliance activities.
- Support in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal events.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and performance tracking.
- Provide support in grievance handling and employee relations.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of HR operations and compliance basics.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).
- Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6 months of relevant HR experience preferred (internship experience can be considered).
