Job Description

We are looking for an HR Operations & Admin professional to manage day-to-day HR

processes and office administration in a fast-paced startup environment. This role requires

someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable wearing multiple hats while

building structured HR practices.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations

Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding, documentation, confirmation,

exits).

Maintain employee records, HR databases, and MIS reports.

Support payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and compliance

documentation.

Coordinate with vendors for PF, ESIC, insurance, and statutory compliances.

Draft and issue HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, exit, etc.).

Support performance management cycles and internal HR audits.

HR Administration

Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and processes.

Support employee engagement initiatives, team events, and culture activities.

Ensure HR policies and SOPs are communicated and followed.

Assist in rolling out HR tools/systems as the organization scales.

Office & General Administration

Manage office administration, vendor coordination, and inventory.

Support travel, reimbursements, and facility-related requests.

Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations (where applicable).

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of HR operations and admin processes.

Good MS Excel / Google Sheets skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently in an ambiguous startup environment.

High attention to detail and confidentiality.
