Scope of work

• New Joiner Onboarding: Manage end-to-end onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth, timely, and positive joining experience for new employees.
• Onboarding Experience: Continuously identify and implement initiatives to enhance the new joiner experience and improve onboarding processes.
• Induction & Orientation: Customize and deliver induction programs based on the requirements of different departments/functions.
• New Joiner Pulse Checks: Conduct structured15/30/90-day pulse checks to understand employee experience, identify concerns, and drive timely interventions.
• Stakeholder Connect: Facilitate new joiners connect with HRBPs, reporting managers, key stakeholders, and important members within their respective departments.
• HRIS Management: Ensure accurate and timely updating of employee records, onboarding data, and documentation in the HRIS.
• Payroll Coordination: Coordinate with the Payroll team to ensure new joiner information, payroll inputs, and required documentation are accurately captured and processed.
• Mandatory Trainings: Track and ensure timely completion of all mandatory compliance, policy, and organizational trainings by new joiners.
• Onboarding Analytics & Reporting: Maintain onboarding trackers and dashboards, monitor completion and pulse-check outcomes, and highlight key trends or improvement areas to HR leadership.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve employee experience and implement initiatives that enhance engagement, communication, and overall employee satisfaction. Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to make HR processes more efficient, employee-friendly, and scalable.
