Job Description

Job Title: Junior HR Executive

Department: Human Resources

Location: Jui Nagar, Navi Mumbai (on-site)

Experience: 12 Years

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment (80%)

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level positions
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial screenings
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Support in offer rollouts and candidate documentation
  • Ensure timely closure of open positions as per hiring timelines

Onboarding (20%)

  • Coordinate joining formalities for new hires
  • Collect and verify employee documents before joining
  • Assist in issuing offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding communication
  • Coordinate with IT/Admin for system access, ID cards, and workspace setup
  • Ensure smooth induction and first-day joining experience
  • Maintain employee onboarding records and files
  • Supporting Employee Engagement Activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
  • Good organizational and follow-up skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience using job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
