Job Title: Junior HR Executive

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment (80%)
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level positions
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and conduct initial screenings
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Support in offer rollouts and candidate documentation
- Ensure timely closure of open positions as per hiring timelines
Onboarding (20%)
- Coordinate joining formalities for new hires
- Collect and verify employee documents before joining
- Assist in issuing offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding communication
- Coordinate with IT/Admin for system access, ID cards, and workspace setup
- Ensure smooth induction and first-day joining experience
- Maintain employee onboarding records and files
- Supporting Employee Engagement Activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
- Good organizational and follow-up skills
