Role Overview: Human Resources Executive

This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and HR policies and procedures. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams and support the overall strategic goals of the company.

Requirements

• Experience in HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and HR policies and procedures
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Experience working in a remote environment
• Experience in the technology industry is a plus
• We are specifically looking for candidates with experience in the manufacturing of kitchen and bathroom fittings industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Years of experience in Human Resources, with a minimum of 1 to 3 years.
• Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to think strategically and work proactively.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
