Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Noida. The HR Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, implement and maintain HR policies, handle employee relations, and oversee recruitment and onboarding processes. Additionally, the HR Executive will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring employee satisfaction and compliance with company guidelines.

Qualifications

1. Strong expertise in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) practices

2. Proficiency in HR Operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records

3. Experience in handling Employee Relations and fostering a positive work culture

4. Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance with organizational and legal frameworks

5. Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities effectively

7. Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field

8. Prior experience in a similar role within the marketing industry is a plus
