Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for bulk hiring across multiple roles, from sourcing and screening to selection and joining.
• Source and shortlist relevant candidates through job portals, references, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, follow-ups, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Work closely with the hiring team to understand requirements, maintain a strong candidate pipeline, and support timely hiring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (BBA/MBA preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in high-volume or multiple-position recruitment.
• Strong communication, sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and coordinate effectively.
