Rewynd Snacks is a fast-growing FMCG brand under Gulab Oil and Food Ahmedabad Pvt. Ltd., focused on healthy, roasted snacks - from peanuts and chana chikki to nuts and mixes - built on the vision of bringing mindful snacking to modern India. Operating across 8 states and 12,000+ retail outlets, Rewynd is expanding rapidly and believes in a culture of ownership, learning, and warmth. We are looking for an HR Executive who can bring structure, empathy, and energy to our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
A. Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with departments to understand hiring needs and role expectations.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and databases (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
- Conduct joining formalities, document verification, and induction sessions.
B. Employee Engagement & Welfare:
- Plan and execute engagement activities, celebrations, and recognition programs.
- Support internal communication and maintain a positive, motivating workplace.
- Address basic employee concerns and route them to relevant departments when needed.
C. HR Operations:
- Maintain HR records, employee data, attendance, and leave management.Support payroll coordination with Accounts and ensure timely processing.
- Draft HR letters: appointment, increment, confirmation, and experience.
- Track performance evaluation cycles, probation reviews, and confirmations.
D. Learning & Culture:
- Assist in identifying training needs and organizing sessions for upskilling.
- Help build a culture of accountability, discipline, and teamwork.
- Be part of HR projects like policy implementation, feedback mechanisms, and culture building.
Required Skills & Attributes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable with multitasking.
- Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with HRMS or recruitment portals (preferred).
- Warm, approachable, and emotionally intelligent.
