About the Role :
Hasanui HealthTech Pvt Ltd, a leading provider of Occupational Health and Safety Solutions, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee coordination, and compliance activities to ensure smooth organizational functioning.
Key Responsibilities :
- Recruitment, screening, and onboarding for multiple departments.
- Recruitment of Doctors, Nurses, Lab Technicians, Quality Managers, Sales Executives, Admin Staff, Operations Staff, and IT Staff.
- Manage joining formalities and maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
- Handle attendance verification and coordinate with Admin, Operations, and Accounts departments.
- Support in salary processing, incentives, advances, increments, and leave management.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, and other statutory HR requirements, coordinating with consultants and the accounts team.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, employee engagement programs, and training sessions.
- Develop and maintain checklists, reports, and monitoring documents on a need basis.
- Support management in HR data tracking, performance documentation, and reporting.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations or executive-level HR roles.
- Experience in Healthcare, Service, or Occupational Health sectors preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
- Good understanding of HR documentation, payroll, and compliance processes.
