Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Bengaluru. The Human Resources Executive will handle the end-to-end management of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and implementation of HR policies. The role includes fostering a positive work culture, ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, and addressing employee concerns. Additionally, the candidate will support organizational planning, address compliance requirements, and facilitate seamless communication within the organization.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
- Strong skills in Employee Relations and handling workplace dynamics
- Sound understanding and experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
- Knowledge of core Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
- Outstanding interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multi-tasking and prioritize workloads effectively
- Relevant academic background, such as a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
