Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented candidate to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a fresher or have completed a short-term internship in Human Resources, with a basic understanding of tools like MS Excel.

Key Requirements:

• Fresher or candidate with 6–12 months of internship experience
• Graduate in any discipline
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong reasoning and aptitude skills
• Basic working knowledge of MS Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in related field
• Internship experience in a relevant field (if applicable)
• Familiarity with data handling and reporting in Excel
