About the Role :

Are you someone who enjoys working with people, solving HR challenges, and keeping operations running smoothly People Media Factory is looking for an HR Executive – Operations to support day-to-day HR activities and ensure smooth employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee queries.
• Handle onboarding, joining formalities, and exit processes.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
• Coordinate with employees and department heads on HR-related matters.
• Support payroll inputs and prepare HR MIS/reporting.
• Assist with employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
• Ensure HR policies and processes are followed effectively.

Requirements :

• 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist roles.
• MBA/PGDM in HR or a relevant qualification preferred.
• Good knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
