This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Executive will handle daily HR operations, manage employee relations, implement HR policies, and oversee recruitment and onboarding processes. The role involves fostering a positive and productive workplace environment, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, and contributing to strategic HR initiatives to support organizational growth.

• Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
• Experience in Employee Relations and Human Resources (HR)
• Ability to design, implement, and manage HR Policies
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
