Job Description:

We are seeking a Fresher who is motivated and dynamic HR (People and Culture) Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The Executive will be responsible for providing support in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration and working on the culture of an organization. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

Assist in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various positions.

Coordinate interviews and assessments with hiring managers.

Manage job postings on job portals and social media platforms.

Conduct reference checks and assist in negotiating offers.

Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including completing paperwork, conducting orientations, and organizing training sessions.

Organizational Culture:

Work on Creating and sustaining organizational culture

Introduce best practices to promote desired culture and behaviour

Employee Payroll:

Maintain attendance and leave details.

Prepare employee payroll.

Assist in payroll processing in coordination with accounts.

Performance Management:

Support the performance appraisal process by collecting feedback, preparing documentation, and assisting in performance discussions.

Help in identifying training and development needs for employees.

HR Administration:

Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as required.

Assist in payroll processing and leave management.

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Stay updated on changes in HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.

2.Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar role.

3.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

5.Familiarity with MS Office applications.

6.Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

7.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
