Job Description

Profile: HR Manager

CTC : 9.6 LPA

Experience : Minimum 10 years (3 years in Managerial role)

Location: Sector 16 Noida, India (On-site)

Company Size: 500+ employees

Key Responsibilities:

Lead HR team and serve as primary HR contact for employees and management.

Manage full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance, employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, offboarding, and workforce planning.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Indian labor laws.

Oversee high-volume hiring, payroll, attendance, shifts, and attrition management.

Drive employee engagement, training, talent development, and retention; maintain HR metrics and reports.

Requirements:

Proven HR management experience in large organizations (preferably call center/BPO).

Experience managing teams and 500+ employees.

Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR systems.

Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

Ability to operate in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Mandatory requirements:

* Minimum 10 years of professional experience in HR, including at least 3 years in an HR Manager or senior HR leadership role.

* experience in call center (workforce of 500+ employees).

Education:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Master's or HR certification is a plus.
