Human Resources Executive

Experience: 3-5 Years

Shift: IST (9 AM - 6 PM) / EST Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
• Drive onboarding, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and support.
• Partner with managers and business leaders to address employee concerns and support organizational goals.
• Support performance management, employee relations, and HR compliance activities.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and MIS reports.
• Ensure seamless execution of HR policies, processes, and programs.
• Contribute to building a high-performance, employee-centric culture.

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of HR Generalist/HR Operations experience
• Experience in Staffing, Recruitment, RPO, BPO, IT Services, or a fast-paced corporate environment preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive initiatives
• Strong problem-solving and employee relationship management skills
• Energetic, proactive, and growth-oriented mindset
