Human Resources Executive

About the Role

Anand Rathi Global Finance Ltd. is looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to join its HR team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the NBFC or Banking industry, with a strong understanding of hiring for Loan Against Property (LAP) and other retail lending businesses.

This role is predominantly focused on Talent Acquisition, while also supporting key HR Operations activities.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across business and support functions.
• Handle hiring for LAP, Retail Assets, Sales, Credit, Operations, Collections, and other NBFC roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen profiles, conduct HR interviews, coordinate interview schedules, and manage candidate communication.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business requirements and ensure timely closures.
• Negotiate offers, manage pre-joining engagement, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.

HR Operations

• Support onboarding and induction activities.
• Coordinate employee documentation and maintain HR records.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
• Support exit formalities and other day-to-day HR operational activities.
• Ensure HR documentation and processes are maintained accurately and in compliance with company policies.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with exposure to HR Operations.
• Experience working with an NBFC or Banking organization is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience hiring for Loan Against Property (LAP) or Retail Assets roles.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring mandates in a fast-paced environment.
