About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on HR professional to drive end-to-end HR operations across the organization. This role is execution-heavy and requires someone who can independently manage HR processes, ensure discipline in systems, and partner closely with business teams to drive people outcomes.
The ideal candidate should come with strong exposure to the real estate industry and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
* Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, confirmations, transfers, exits
* Ensure accuracy and governance of employee data and documentation
* Drive HR process standardization across functions and sites
2. Recruitment & Talent Management
* Own hiring across functions (sales, site teams, corporate roles)
* Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely closures
* Maintain strong recruitment pipelines and vendor management
3. Employee Engagement & Communication
* Plan and execute engagement initiatives across sites and HO
* Handle employee grievances and ensure timely resolution
* Drive internal communication and HR visibility
4. Performance & HR Processes
* Support performance management cycles and goal tracking
* Ensure smooth execution of appraisal processes
* Track key HR metrics and drive improvements
5. HR Automation & Projects
* Work on HR systems, automation, and process improvements
* Lead/execute HR projects aligned with business needs
* Improve efficiency and reduce manual dependencies
6. Compliance & Governance
* Ensure adherence to HR policies and labor law compliance
* Maintain discipline in documentation, audits, and statutory requirements
7 Induction & Integration
• Drive the monthly corporate induction plan for all new joiners across the organization.
• Ensure effective implementation of induction and integration programs as per defined guidelines.
• Conduct and publish reports for 30, 60, and 90-day feedback cycles for new joiners.
Ideal Candidate Profile
• 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in real estate / construction / infra
• Strong exposure to HR operations and execution-heavy roles
• Proven ability to manage multiple HR processes independently
• Good stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a high-accountability, fast-moving setup
