We are located across 4 locations in Pune with three stores and one head office.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Pune. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, overseeing employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with HR standards. The executive will work closely with management and staff to create a positive and productive workplace environment.

Qualifications

• HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Experience in HR Operations and Employee Relations
• Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance standards
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Pune
• Experience in the retail or jewelry industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Salary: INR 18,000 to 30,000 per month

Location: Pune (Kasba Peth)

Work timings: Monday to Saturday (10:30am to 7:00pm)
