We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Executive for a full-time, on-site role located in Pune. The Senior HR Executive will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions in which his Major role will be in Hiring Sales Employees
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Workforce Planning.
- Experience in Employee Relations, Engagement, and Performance Management.
- Knowledge of HR Policy Development, Compliance, and Regulatory Practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS tools, Data Analysis, and Reporting.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar are an advantage.
