Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bangalore Rural for a Human Resources Executive. The role involves handling HR management tasks, overseeing HR operations, drafting and implementing HR policies and building strong employee relations. The HR Executive will support organizational goals by improving talent acquisition, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements and develop hiring strategies.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline through job portals, social media, and campus recruitment.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and induction programs for new hires.

Training & Development

  • Identify training needs through performance reviews and skill-gap analysis.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Coordinate with external trainers and institutes for specialized programs.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and maintain records for compliance and reporting.

Employee Engagement

  • Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Organize events, recognition programs, and wellness activities to boost morale and retention.
  • Conduct employee feedback surveys and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Act as a bridge between employees and management, ensuring transparent communication.

Qualification : MBA/MSW

Experience : 0-3years

Doddaballapur candidates are preferred
