Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Human Resources Executive based in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Manager will oversee recruitment processes, manage employee onboarding and training, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. They will work on developing HR strategies, fostering employee engagement, and addressing any employee-related concerns. Additionally, the role will require the development of policies that align with organizational goals and managing a team to execute HR initiatives.

• Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and compliance procedures
• Ability to develop and implement human resource strategies and initiatives
• Proficiency in managing employee performance, engagement, and training programs
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification is a plus)
• Prior experience as an HR Manager or similar role is highly preferred
