Job Description

Location: C.R. Park, New Delhi

Work Schedule: 6 days working (MondaySaturday)

Timings: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM

Experience: 12 years

CTC: 25,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations. This is a foundational role suited for individuals looking to build a long-term career in Human Resources. The position requires strong coordination skills, basic HR knowledge, and the ability to manage routine processes with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various positions.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process, including documentation, orientation, and joining formalities.

2. HR Operations & Documentation

  • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
  • Handle employee documentation (offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, extensions, etc.).
  • Support in preparing MIS reports, trackers, and HR dashboards.

3. Attendance & Leave Management

  • Monitor daily attendance and leave records.
  • Coordinate with employees for attendance regularization and corrections.
  • Update HRIS/attendance systems as required.

4. Employee Engagement & Support

  • Assist in organizing engagement activities, team events, and HR initiatives.
  • Address basic employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, and documentation.
  • Maintain a supportive and approachable HR interface for employees.

5. Compliance & Policy Support

  • Help maintain statutory documentation and HR compliance records.
  • Support in implementing HR policies and processes across the office.

6. Coordination & Administrative Support

  • Liaise with internal teams for smooth operations.
  • Provide administrative support related to HR events, meetings, and documentation.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and compliance
  • Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Organized, responsible, and high attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee data sensitively
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Education

  • MBA/PGDM in HR

Who Should Apply

  • Candidates with 12 years of HR experience in recruitment/operations/admin roles
  • Individuals comfortable with a 6-day work schedule (9 AM 6 PM)
