About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations. This is a foundational role suited for individuals looking to build a long-term career in Human Resources. The position requires strong coordination skills, basic HR knowledge, and the ability to manage routine processes with accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various positions.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Facilitate the onboarding process, including documentation, orientation, and joining formalities.
2. HR Operations & Documentation
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Handle employee documentation (offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, extensions, etc.).
- Support in preparing MIS reports, trackers, and HR dashboards.
3. Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor daily attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate with employees for attendance regularization and corrections.
- Update HRIS/attendance systems as required.
4. Employee Engagement & Support
- Assist in organizing engagement activities, team events, and HR initiatives.
- Address basic employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, and documentation.
- Maintain a supportive and approachable HR interface for employees.
5. Compliance & Policy Support
- Help maintain statutory documentation and HR compliance records.
- Support in implementing HR policies and processes across the office.
6. Coordination & Administrative Support
- Liaise with internal teams for smooth operations.
- Provide administrative support related to HR events, meetings, and documentation.

Education
