We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment & talent acquisition

• Candidate sourcing, screening & interviews

• Employee/community management

• Employee & management communication

• Salary negotiation & conflict resolution

• Training & employee development

• HR compliance & maintaining HR records

• Building a strong talent network

What We're Looking For

Strong communication & interpersonal skills

Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word & MS Office

Experience with recruitment portals / HRMS / CRM

Knowledge of Zoho Workspace will be an advantage

Strong organizational & multitasking abilities

Self-motivated and disciplined

Comfortable working in a startup environment
