Role: HR Executive

Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad

Experience: Minimum 1 year

Employment Type: Full-time

Preference: Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities.

- Handle end-to-end recruitment, employee selection, and talent sourcing.

- Support staffing requirements and manpower planning.

- Coordinate payroll activities and ensure smooth processing.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal files, statutory documents, qualification records, and experience certificates.

- Drive employee engagement initiatives and address employee grievances.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with employees, candidates, and creators.

- Ensure proper documentation and support HR processes and policies.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR operations and recruitment.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Good interpersonal and relationship-management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and HR responsibilities.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with different teams.
