Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation
- Conduct joining formalities, induction, and employee orientation
Employee Records & Compliance
- Maintain and update employee files, attendance, leave, and personal records
- Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, gratuity, and labor laws
- Support audits and maintain HR documentation as per company standards
Payroll & Attendance Support
- Assist in attendance tracking, shift rosters, and leave management
- Coordinate payroll inputs and resolve employee salary-related queries
- Ensure timely submission of payroll data
Employee Engagement & Welfare
- Support employee engagement activities, townhalls, festivals, and CSR initiatives
- Address employee queries and provide first-level HR support
- Assist in grievance handling and employee relations activities
Performance Management
- Coordinate probation, confirmation, and performance appraisal processes
- Track goal setting, PDPs, and performance documentation
Training & Development
- Support training programs, onboarding training, and mandatory compliance trainings
- Maintain training records and assist in learning initiatives
HR Systems & Reporting
- Update HR systems (MyTalent, Fairplanner, WOT, etc. if applicable)
- Prepare HR reports related to manpower, attrition, attendance, and compliance
Desired Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field
- 23 years of HR experience (hospitality preferred)
- Knowledge of labor laws, payroll basics, and HR processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and HR systems
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
