Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HR Executive with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in core HR functions. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Handling employee lifecycle management (joining to exit).
- Managing attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
- Handling employee grievances and maintaining healthy employee relations.
- Implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Coordinating performance appraisal processes.
- Maintaining employee records and HR MIS reports.
- Supporting management in HR-related planning and decision-making.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification preferred.
