Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in core HR functions. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Handling employee lifecycle management (joining to exit).
  • Managing attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
  • Handling employee grievances and maintaining healthy employee relations.
  • Implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Coordinating performance appraisal processes.
  • Maintaining employee records and HR MIS reports.
  • Supporting management in HR-related planning and decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification preferred.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
