Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales and voice process roles from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Work on bulk hiring drives, walk-ins, campus hiring, and employee referrals to meet large-scale hiring needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop hiring plans accordingly.
  • Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews for relevant candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate fit in terms of communication, attitude, and cultural alignment.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders for interview feedback, selection, salary negotiation, and offer rollout.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding by coordinating with internal teams like IT, Admin, and Training.
  • Maintain and update daily MIS reports and recruitment trackers.
  • Meet weekly/monthly hiring targets and SLAs with a strong focus on TAT and quality of hires.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates and create talent pools for future requirements.
  • Stay updated with industry hiring trends and provide insights for improving hiring efficiency.

Technical Skills:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or a related field.
  • Minimum 2- 5 years of experience in talent acquisition with a focus on bulk hiring.
  • Proven experience in Sales and BPO/Voice Process recruitment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tracking systems.
