Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage Onboarding: Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires, ensuring they are integrated effectively into the company.
- HRIS & Data Management: Maintaining the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure data integrity, pulling metrics on turnover, headcount, and diversity to help leadership make data-driven decisions, identifying manual tasks that can be streamlined through software or better workflows.
- Compensation & Benefits Administration: Collaborating with Finance to ensure monthly payroll is processed accurately and on time, Managing open enrollment periods and helping employees understand their health and Plans.
- Handle Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution. Foster a positive work environment by addressing issues promptly and
- fairly.
- Administer Performance Management: Support the performance management process by coordinating reviews, providing guidance to managers, and helping employees with development plans to enhance their performance.
- Ensure Compliance and Policy Implementation: Ensure that HR policies and procedures comply with legal requirements and are consistently applied across the organization. Keep up-to-date with labor laws and regulations.
- Facilitate Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance employee skills and growth. Support career development initiatives and succession planning.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
