Job Description

Role: HR Executive

Working Location: Madhapur / Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad

Working Model: 5 days Onsite / WFO

Mandatory Industry experience: IT Staffing / Recruitment (or) IT/ Software Development Company

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive with strong exposure to the Staffing/Recruitment or IT/Software industry. The role requires hands-on expertise in end-to-end recruitment, payroll, statutory management (TDS, GST, PF, ESI), and development of HR policies and procedures. The candidate will manage complete HR operations while supporting business growth and workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment & Staffing:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT, non-IT, contract, and permanent staffing requirements
  • Handle manpower planning, job postings, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding
  • Coordinate with clients, hiring managers, and recruitment teams for timely closures
  • Manage vendor empanelment, contract staffing, and third-party recruitment partners
  • Maintain recruitment metrics, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards

HR Operations:

  • Manage complete employee lifecycle: onboarding, confirmation, performance management, transfers, and exits
  • Handle employee relations, grievance management, disciplinary actions, and domestic inquiries
  • Support performance appraisal processes and employee engagement initiatives

Payroll Management:

  • Oversee payroll processing for permanent and contract employees

Compliance, MIS & Reporting:

  • Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance reports
  • Maintain HR MIS, headcount reports, attrition analysis, and statutory dashboards
  • Ensure audit readiness for HR, payroll, and statutory compliance

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's/master's degree in HR, Law, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and contract staffing
  • Hands-on experience with payroll, knowledge on TDS, GST, PF, ESI.
  • Experience working with HRMS, ATS, and payroll systems
