Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, based in Madurai. The Human Resources Executive will handle HR management and operations, ensuring efficient implementation of HR policies and practices. Key responsibilities include fostering positive employee relations, overseeing HR operations, and collaborating with leadership to support the overall growth and well-being of the company's workforce. Additional tasks may involve contributing to recruitment, employee onboarding, and compliance management.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Knowledge of HR Operations and HR Policies
• Experience in fostering Employee Relations and resolving workplace issues effectively
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Preferred: Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations
