Role Overview

The HR Executive is responsible for supporting and executing day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, payroll coordination, and policy implementation. The role ensures smooth HR processes and contributes to building a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Staffing

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to define role requirements.
  • Maintain candidate databases and monitor hiring metrics.

2. Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Conduct new hire orientation and complete joining formalities.
  • Prepare offer letters, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Facilitate smooth exit process including clearance and exit interviews.

3. HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain employee records, HRIS data, and documentation.
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and employee queries.
  • Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and SOPs.

4. Payroll & Compliance Support

  • Coordinate monthly payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, overtime).
  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.) in coordination with the accounts/finance team.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in employee data.

5. Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
  • Address employee grievances professionally and escalate when needed.
  • Promote a positive work culture and support HR initiatives.

6. Performance Management

  • Support appraisal cycles, goal-setting processes, and employee evaluations.
  • Maintain performance records and follow up on KPIs.

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 13 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist roles.
  • Good knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skill
