Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, maintaining employee relations, implementing HR policies, and handling all aspects of human resources. This role is located in Mahabaleshwar.

Qualifications

• Strong background in HR operations, employee relations and HR management
• Deep understanding of HR policies and regulations
• Proven experience in Human Resources (HR)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• PHR/SPHR certification preferred
