Role Overview
We are looking for an HR Executive to support end-to-end recruitment and core HR operations. The role will primarily focus on hiring, coordination with stakeholders, onboarding, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking channels.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring timelines.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation for new joiners.
- Support HR operations such as employee engagement activities, attendance coordination, and basic HR documentation.
- Assist in policy communication and ensure compliance with internal HR processes.
- Support offboarding activities, including documentation and exit formalities.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and improve candidate experience.
Qualifications & Skills
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources (preferred).
- Good understanding of recruitment and basic HR operations.
- Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a growing/start-up environment.
