Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive in Pune. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR management, developing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management tasks on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Support
- Assist in posting job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews in coordination with department heads.
- Maintain candidate databases and track application statuses.
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
2. Onboarding and Induction
- Assist in preparing offer letters and employment contracts.
- Coordinate new employee orientation and ensure proper onboarding documentation.
- Ensure smooth joining formalities and documentation for new hires.
3. HR Administration
- Maintain employee records, both physical and digital, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with the preparation of HR reports such as attendance, leave balance, and staff turnover.
- Update internal databases with new hire information and changes in employee status.
4. Compliance and Policy Support
- Ensure adherence to company HR policies and assist in their communication to staff.
- Support compliance with labor laws and company policies under guidance.
5. General Support
- Assist in payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and basic HRMIS functions.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team in day-to-day operations.
- Handle basic employee queries or escalate them as required.

- Experience in HR Management and HR Policies

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
